The participants of the rally near the Verkhovna Rada building are scanning on the support of the Victor Yuschenko Cabinet in Kiev on Tuesday, 17 April 2001. There were 3 thousand participants arrived from all the regions of Ukraine. This day PM gave a report on implementation of the "Reforms for welfare" program in 2000. The adherents of the Yuschenko Cabinet, which is on the point of resignation now, gathered more than 3,600 thousand signatures on his support.
