Newly appointed General prosecutor of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka during the plenary session of the parliament, in Kiev, on Thursday, November 4, 2010. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine gave consent to appointment Victor Pshonka Prosecutor General. 292 out of 421 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this.
