Alexander Hapon

Alexander Hapon, former Head of the Kharkiv’s State Office under the Ministry of Interior (MI) by the Presidential Decree was appointed for the MI Top Office Head on April 11, 2001. Militia Lieutenant-general Alexander Hapon was born in 1952. Yuryi Smirnov, former MI Top Office Head was appointed by Presidential Decree of March 26 on the post of Minister of Interior, after Yuryi Kravchenko’s dismissal.
