The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine laid emphasis on the positive dynamics of the development of bilateral relations, and expressed his hopes that the further dialogue on the highest level would considerably strengthen them. Vladimir Litvin deems necessary to strengthen and systematize the interparliamentary relations. He expects that the visit of the Spanish parliamentarians would foster the relations.
