Alexander Volkonsky and Oleg Shestak

At UNIAN composite photo there are general manager of “Elita-Centre” construction firm group Alexander Volkonsky, right, and acting manager Oleg Shestak declared at international criminal investigation by Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs. On the 7th of February, 2006 Podolsky district department of municipal government of Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs instituted a criminal case by the fact of swindle. Limited society “NIC Progress”, close corporation “Construction-engineering company “BIK”, limited societies “Mars-1”, “AFB”, “Finance- construction company “Elita-Centre”, “BMU Himbud”, “Elita-Budinvest” concluded treaties with citizenry about share dwelling house construction, but made no house-building. The pre-trial investigation established facts of double and triple contract executings of share interest in the construction of the same apartments. The amount of damage is over 400 millions hrivhias (near 80 millions of USA dollars), the number of defrauded persons is near 1.5 thousand ones.
