The employee of militia at the central department of the Belaya Tserkov city election committee which is in the quarter of Belaya Tserkov city organization of Party of regions of Ukraine in the day of local elections, in Belaya Tserkov, on Sunday, October 31, 2010. Chairman of Belaya Tserkov city organization of Party of regions Aleksand Oleinik is the chairman of company of proprietress of building where situated the central department of the Belaya Tserkov city election committee.
