This day Victor Yanukovych and Ilham Aliyev signed Joint declaration of President of Ukraine and President of Azerbaijan. The heads of the states also affixed signatures under protocol of the second session of the Council of Presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan. Agreement between Ministries of foreign affairs of Ukraine and Azerbaijan about the collaboration in industry of the archived business was signed in in presence presidents of Presidents.
