In the presence of President Viktor Yanukovych and Prime Minister of Canada Stephen Harper the intergovernmental Memorandum of understanding on youth exchange programs was signed in Kyiv. The document was signed by Minister of Ukraine for Family, Youth and Sports and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to Ukraine.
