Ukraine President Leonid Kuchma declares that will not retire till the end of his presidential term during the meeting with regional press on Tuesday on April 3, 2001 in Kyiv. The President characterized the political crisis in Ukraine as well planned and said that he is not intended to capitulate in favor of the opposition.
