Private entrepreneurs hold placards with slogans during the action of protest against acceptance of new tax code near building of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in Kiev, on Thursday, October 21, 2010. About 1,000 private entrepreneurs are picketing the Ukrainian parliament building, protesting against the adoption of a new tax code. The demonstrators are chanting, "Prime Minister Azarov Must Resign!" They are whistling and bashing metal buckets, and holding posters which condemn the government's tax policy. Prime Minister of Ukraine on Oct. 21 urged lawmakers to adopt the code when it comes up for a vote in parliament in early November.
