Collision of bus and locomotive

The employees of militia examine broken in result of incident on the rail-highway crossing of bus and locomotive, in Marganets (Dnepropetrovsk region), on Tuesday, October 12, 2010.The crowded passenger bus collided with a train, killing 42 people and leaving 11 in critical condition. The collision occurred outside the town of Marhanets in the Dnipropetrovsk region after the bus attempted to cross the track, ignoring a siren that indicated an oncoming train.
