Court. Timoshenko

Ex-vice-prime-minister of Ukraine Yulia Timoshenko witnesses on the circumstances of her seizure in Pecherskyi District court, seising the Timoshenko's lawyer's complaints, concerning her seizure on Friday, March 23, 2001 in Kyiv. Timoshenko was arrested on February 3 on accusation in corruption and bribery. Timoshenko declared, that her seizure in her country house, in fact, took place earlier than the accusation was showed. She also informed that the investigators did not show any papers, authorizing them to enter in her premises and act there. Timoshenko told that doctors carried out visual examination, but her temperature was low, as he had taken anti-fever medicines. Photo by UNIAN
