FILE The Mayor of Moscow Yuriy Luzhkov in Sevastopol (Crimea), on Wednesday, February 21, 2007. On September 28, 2010 the president of Russian Federation Dmitriy Medvedev signed a decree about retirement of the mayor of Moscow Yuriy Luzhkova "in connection with the loss of trust" of president of the state. First deputy of capital governor Vladimir Resin is appointed as temporally acting as mayor of Moscow on a period to entering into position of new mayor.
