USA ambassador in Ukraine (right) and USA ambassador in the Council of Europe Richard Morningstar (left) declares that the USA establishes the Ukrainian Mass media Developing Fund in size of $750 thousands during the press-conference in Kyiv on March 16, 2001. The Fund's means will be directed on support of independent press, as well as presentation of manifold support to Ukrainian journalists, media-organizations and other non-governmental groups.
