The Sankt-Petersburg's Mayor Vladimir Yakovlev examines the Crimean Emblem presented him by the Crimean Cabinet of Ministers Chairman Sergey Kunitsyn (left) after the signing of agreement of cooperation between Sankt-Petersburg and the Crimea in trade-economical, scientific-technical and arts and culture spheres in Smolnyi palace, Sankt-Petersburg on Friday, February 2, 2001. Of the very same day te Crimean delegation, which consisted of the Cabinet of Ministers first vice-Chairman Victor Antipenko, Minister of Finances Lyudmila Denisova, acting Minister of Economics Genadyi Govorushchenko, Minister of Health Resorts and Tourism Alexander Taryanik, Crimean business circles representatives met in Mariinskyi Palace with the Deputies of the Sankt-Petersburg's Legislative Assembly. In addition to the agreement the protocol was signed, where the Parties agreed upon the concrete projects in industrial, trade, agricultural, tourism and culture spheres.
