Leonid Kuchma and Viktor Glukhikh

Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma (left) greets Victor Gluhih, the Chairman of the International Congress of Businessmen and Entrepreneurs Committee during the meeting with the ICBE delegation on Thursday, January 25, 2001, in Kyiv. During their meeting the President supported the activation of ICBE activity. According to the President, "we should not built new obstacles" between the two states, "it is necessary to liquidate" those, which already exist. On January 25 the ICBE, which joins the national businessmen and entrepreneurs organizations of the SIC states as well as Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Estonia opens its branch in Kyiv.
