Vladimir Ruban

The new editor-in-chief of the paper "Vechirnyi Kiev" Vladimir Ruban before the press-conference in the UNIAN agency, in Kyiv, on Thursday, December 28, 2000. In the course of the press-conference Ruban declared that the major aim of the paper is "to become again the leader in the Ukrainian press market". According to him, it is planned to increase the paper's periodicity till 6 times a week and the size in 1.5 times. Ruban also informed that he plans to increase the paper's staff.
