Vasily Voznyuk

Vasilyi Voznyuk, winner of the first Ukrainian-French Cartoon Exposition holds his work during the official opening of the "Press and Power" Cartoon Exhibition on the results of the Ukrainian-French Contest on Monday, December 18, 2000. The contest was carried out by the Mass Information Institute with help of "Reporters without Limits", French Daily Papers Trade Union "Europeon", French Embassy in Ukraine and with assistance of the Ukrainian National Journalists Union in March of 2000. The 28 cartoonists from the 8 Ukrainian Oblasts took part in the Contest. Voznyuk present his personal exhibition in Paris in early February of 2001. Photo by Alexander Sinitsa/ UNIAN
