Workers of the State Collective Enterprise's rescue group "Sevgorvodokanal" carry out the rescue work on the top downstream sewage header in the Leninskyi district of Sebastopol, on Sunday, December 10, 2000. The sewage effluent in bays Martynovaya and Karantinnaya (450m3/hour) took place in the course of the accident, caused by the extra-normative exploitation of header (the exploitation time was expired in 1992).
