Ukrainian VR building
The preparations for the repair work of the Ukrainian VR building face (Tuesday, July 21, 1999, Kyiv). In connection with the start of the Deputy Corps Holidays on the 20th of July the repair work of the VR building were broken out. The question of taking down sickle and hammer (State Emblem of the former USSR) has not been settled yet.
