Tamara Lazarenko

The UNIAN Archive Tamara Lazarenko, wife of the ex-Prime Minister of Ukraine stands in front of the entrance to the building, where her Lazarenkos flat is situated. On Thursday, January 13, 2000 (on the background - Militia collaborators, who guard the building). On the very same day Mrs. Lazarenko, who left the USA for Ukraine on December 1, 1999, and who is not allowed to enter her flat, invited the mass media representatives and tried to enter her flat. On Monday, October 16, 2000 the next court sitting on the case of depriving of the Lazaneko family from the rights on this flat took place. The proceedings, were caused by the fact, that the family does not live in the flat for more than 6 months. Lazarenko's advocate named this "situation nonsensical", as the "court considers the case on the suit brought by Tamara Lazarenko on the banning her to enter her flat, where she is registered".
