This document was signed after the private meeting of the Ukrainian and Russian Ministries of Interior Leaderships. There was declared for journalists that, thanks to the cooperation between the two States, they manages to disclose such noted crimes as murder of the People's Deputy Shcherban and Alexander Bragin.
