Miner from the campus settled in the Kyiv outskirts (Borispolska route) takes the scarecrow of a miner from the improvised gibbet as a token of protest against the non-payment of wages debts on Wednesday, October 4, 2000. The militia ordered to take the scarecrow off the gibbet, where it hanged less than 24 hours, as the foreigners called and required to undertake actions and ban the miners to undertake extreme actions.
