Speaker of Ukrainian Parliament Ivan Plyushch, right, presents the symbolistic Getman's Sign of Power to South African Republic vice-President Jacob Zuma during their meeting in the Ukrainian VR (Parliament) in Kyiv on Monday, September 18, 2000. Mr. Zuma arrived in Ukraine with the official visit.
