Fire on the oil-pipe Lisichansk-Kremenchug not far from Vovcheyarovka, Popasnyanskyui region, Luganska Oblast, on Tuesday, August 8, 2000. About 4 p.m. on the same day the fire was localized, at the night of August 9 - liquidated. The dams are built, in order not to let oil occur in the adjacent reservoirs.
