Ukrainian Prime Minister Victor Yushchenko conducts the negotiations with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development President Jan Lemierre on Tuesday, July 26, 2000, in London, Great Britain. The Parties discussed a number of questions, including the economical situation, nuclear energy security and reforms in Ukrainian energy sphere.
