Scores of the local dwellers try to cut their way through the militia cordon and block the motion of the car, which belongs to Alexander Moroz, the national deputy, the Chairman of the Parliament Committee on the AIC Affairs (Ternopil, Saturday, July 10, 1999). A day later the Malin City Authorities (Zhitomirska oblast) did not give an opportunity to A. Moroz to carry out the meeting with the Malin dwellers in the premises of the city-based Palace of Culture. A.
