Vladimir Alekseev
People's Deputy Vladimir Alekseev on the press-conference in the UNIAN agency on Wednesday, July 19, 2000 informs that, notwithstanding the fact, that he was on business trip, when the Parliament conducted the roll-call vote, concerning the capital punishment cancel, he, as if, had voted in the Parliament. On the press-conference the People's Deputies Vladimir Alekseev, Pavel Baulin, Elena Mazur and Alexander Charodeev declared that on that day they will appeal to the Constitutional Court with the declaration of facts of falsification, which took place when the VR ratified the Protocol ?6 to the Convention on the civil liberties and rights, concerning the capital punishment.
