The cow grazes near the Radio-Astronomy Observatory situated in 10km-way from Evpatorya (the Crimea, Tuesday, May 25, 1999), the 72-meter high radio-astronomy antenna - on the background. On Sunday, May 23, 1999 the group of the experts of the American Company "Ancounter 2001" arrived to negotiate on the realization of the project "Space Call". The project provides the transmission of radio-signals, communicating the existence of intelligent life on our planet. The signal will be directed to the 4 stars, where, according to the experts, exists life. The negotiations will be over by Wednesday, the 26th of May, 1999.
