At the beginning of the meeting the Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that “Ukraine and Libya have big opportunities for cooperation”. According to the words of the Prime Minister all possible programs for cooperation between countries were elaborated during preparation of an official visit. In his turn Secretary of the Highest People’s Committee of Libya said that they are glad to see the Ukrainian governmental delegation and Prime Minister of Ukraine in Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya with first official visit.
