The regular session of the Council of Heads of Governments of the states – participants of Commonwealth of Independent States will take place in November in Crimea (Ukraine). This decision was made today in Astana at the session of Council of Heads of Governments of the states – participants of the CIS by initiative of the Prime Minister of Ukraine.
