Airplane An-225 "Mria" carries the space ship "Buran"

The UNIAN Archive Airplane An-225 "Mria" (a Dream) carries the space ship "Buran". According to Antonov's ANTK (Airplane Plant) Director Vladimir Korol, Antonov's ANTK workshops created the first-rate airplane for public conveyance on the basis of the AN-225 "Mria". The Enterprise cooperates with the Zaporizhia-based enterprise "Motor-Sich". The commercial trials of the airplane are planned to be conducted in the end of June,200. According to the accountings, the reconstruction and launch of that commercial trials will cost $16-20 million. The car is supposed to be presented on the Paris Exhibition next year.
