The destroyed boiler-house

The destroyed boiler-house in v. Malaya Viska, Kirovogradska Obl.. On Monday, June 26 the mazut transmit piping exploded, when welding. As a result 4 persons suffered. Now they all are in the local hospital. Two of them suffered seriously. According to preliminary data, explosion was caused by the violation of safety regulations.
