Nikolay Agafonov

The UNIAN Archive. VR (Parliament) Deputy Nikolay Agafonov. On Thursday, June 22 the VR deputies gave agreement on seizure of Agafonov and bringing him to court account. Agafonov - former Director General of the Scientific-Research Experimental Agricultural firm "Nauchnaya" (Scientific), Dneprovskaya obl. under the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences. In 1998 the criminal case was instituted against Agafonov on the three articles of Ukrainian Criminal Code: misappropriation of State Property in large amount, receiving of currency receipts and office forgery.
