General director of the National Space Agency of Ukraine Oleksandr Zinchenko during the meeting of representatives of „Sumitomo ” and „Mitsubishi Heavy Industries” companies with Prime Minister of Ukraine, in Kyiv, April 21, 2009. During the meeting the Prime Minister of Ukraine discussed with representatives of Japanese corporations mechanisms of financing the joint projects for its realization in Ukraine. The Prime Minister underlined that the State Budget provides a possibility for giving state guarantees for attraction of loan recourses. The Prime Minister reminded that Ukraine signed memoranda on cooperation with the Japanese corporations in March, 2009. The head of the government specified that the matter is in projects on reconstruction and upgrading of heat-supply system, reconstruction and building of power plants, which work on coal and with use of wind power plant . Moreover, according to the words the Prime Minister, the matter is also in participation of the Japanese corporations in modernization of the Ukrainian gas transport system, in creation of waste recycling factories, building of a subway in Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk, introduction of cogeneration technologies in power industry and also manufacture and delivery to Ukraine boilers for generation of heat and water heating.
