The UNIAN Archive. Nikoloay Naboka, the former Head of the Donsky Mining Factory (Kazakhstan). According to the resolution passed by the National Agency on the State Corporative Rights Management, Naboka was appointed for the General Director of the of the Milolaev-based Alumina Factory (MAF) instead of Vitaly Meshin. On Wednesday, July 7, 1999 the representatives of the Law-enforcement Bodies forced Meshin to leave the General Director's private office. According to the source of information, after the incident, Sergey Grishenko - the first deputy Minister of Industrial Policy, occupied the working place. MAF - is the first-rate supplier of the raw materials for the aluminum producing in the CIS countries. According to the Western experts' data, the MAF price makes up $1 billion.
