In this document experts underlined that it is necessary to implement economic and institutional reforms immediately and noted that economic crisis opens ways for reforms in Ukraine. It is said in the report that Ukraine is found to be vulnerable in front of the world financial and economic crisis because of slow advancement of the reforms during recent years. According to the words of deputy director of regional office of UNDP for countries of Europe and CIS, a new report call upon for consolidated actions in carrying out the reforms in Ukraine. “In the report there is analysis of recent events in the country in the context of 170 concrete recommendations concerning necessary measures directed to rebuilding of market institutions, providing of macroeconomic stability and receiving advantages from the international trade on a way to resuming of dynamic long-term growth, which will provide to the country a stable position on international arena, which, it is worthy of”, said the UN representative. The Blue Ribbon Analytical and Advisory Center (BRAAC) was formed in July 2005 by United Nations Development Program in Ukraine.
