Vice Prime Minister Ivan Vasunyk, in the center, speaking with Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinskyi during the session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in Kyiv, on Tuesday, April 14, 2009. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not include on the agenda of the parliament the draft laws concerning cooperation with International Monetary Fund. Particularly, draft laws "On Introducing Amendments into the Law of Ukraine "On The State Budget of Ukraine -2009" and some other laws of Ukraine" (concerning urgent measures on providing energy security of Ukraine); "On Introducing Amendments Into Some Laws of Ukraine On Provision of Pensions" and "On Introducing Amendments Into Law of Ukraine "On Obligatory State Retirement Insurance". All BYUT members and all members of the Lytvyn's Bloc voted for including these draft laws on agenda, the OU-PSD faction voted partially for including these draft laws on agenda.
