Valery Pustovoytenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine during the VR meeting (Tuesday, July 6, 1999). That day the VR voted the question of no-confidence to Government. V. Pustovoytenko marked that in the case, if the Cabinet of Ministers had retired, the real threat of governmental crisis change into Constitutional would arise.
