An old woman from Lazeshyna (the Rahiv region, the Zakarpattya Oblast) on Saturday, March 21, 2009. According to the words of leader of the “Front of Changes” Arseniy Yatsenyuk, the shortage of finance for carrying out the spring-field works in Ukraine can be compensated at expense of refinancing by the National Bank the commercial banks, which issuing credits to farming manufactures. According to his words, UAH 2 billion are enough for successful sowing and prolonging the received credits.
