Vladimir Fialkovsky

The UNIAN Archive. Ukrainian People's Deputy Vladimir Fialkovsky disproved the information that he concerned to the Company "Topservice", headed by Igor Chagin. On Thursday, May 11, 2000 Vladimir Melnikov, the vice Minister of the Interior of Ukraine informed that in Kyiv was neutralized the gangster group, which can be only compared in size with the Crimean gangster groupings. According to him, for the present, 12 persons were seized, 6 of which - are the professional killers. The Russian citizen Igor Shagin, the "Topservice" director, who is considered to be the main principal is among the seized persons. Fialkovskyi at his time headed the aforesaid company. The Kyiv's Prosecutor's Office indicts Shagin in implication to the 8 attempts at the officials. Fialkovskyi declared that he knows Shagin in person for 6 years and could not trust any negative conclusion concerning the latter and is intended to proclaim the facts, he knows.
