Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko speaks at the 45th Munich Security Conference "NATO, Russia, oil and gas" in Munich, Germany, February 7, 2009. Tymoshenko called construction of alternative gas pipelines bypassing Ukraine an absurd and suggested a unified system for determining the price of gas and its transit.
