The "Batkivshchina" makes its way towards Miami, the USA on the festival "Operation sail - 2000", also named "Beginning of the New Millennium under Sail". The festival is conducted under the patronage of Bill Clinton. The crews from all over the world take part in the festival. The action will start on May 29 and will last for two months. In the course of the action the crews-participants will ply along the Atlantic shore till Canada, calling at each port along the shore for holidays and carnivals. The Ukrainian yacht - is the single participant from the CIS, which occurred on the Festival, thanks to the personal invitation of Clinton.
