Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council Raisa Bogatyreva and deputy Ivan Plyusch at the opening of the monument "Hetmans' Glory", built at the territory of national historical preserve "Hetman's Capital" in Baturyn, Ukraine, January 22, 2009. The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko took part in an opening of the restored complex "Baturyn Stronghold Citadel" on the occasion of National Collegiality Day and honored the memory of those, who were killed in Baturyn by putting flowers near "The Monument of the Cross".
