The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, right, and First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov during Ukrainian-Belarusian talks in Chernihiv, January 20, 2009. Following the talks a ceremony of signature of bilateral documents between Ukraine and Belarus was held. President Lukashenko said that the talks were prolific, particularly in energy cooperation.
