Ivan Chizh

Ivan Chizh, just-elected Head of the new All-Ukrainian Association "Spravedlivost" (Justice), one of the former leaders of the Socialist Party of Ukraine makes a speech on the Constituent Congress of the Association on Saturday, April 2000, in Kyiv. On the first Constituent Congress of the party All-Ukrainian Leftists Association "Justice", which is aimed to join all the leftist forces in Ukraine, took part 508 delegates. The "Spravedlivost" foundation was initiated by the eight former members of the Socialist Party of Ukraine, who left the Party on February 19, 2000.
