Catherine Deneuve

The French film star Catherine Deneuve gets into the car after the premiere show of the "East-West" film in the International Center of Arts (October palace) on Saturday, April 8, 2000, in Kyiv. On April 7-9 the premiere of "East-West" film, shot by Regis Warnier, took place in Kyiv. The film is the joint project of France, Hungary, Spain, Russia and Ukraine. Sandrine Bonner and Alexander Menshikov played the chief parts in the film. Tatyana Dogileva, Bogdan Stupka and Sergey Bodrov-younger also played in the film. Deneuve played the episodic part of French actress, who came in Kyiv on a tour with her theater. The film was shot in Kyiv, Odessa and Sofia, Hungary.
