The main fir-tree opening ceremony in Dnipropetrovsk, December 22, 2008. A 14-meters high governor's fir-tree was opened for the first time in Dnipropetrovsk. The fir-tree is made in a high-tech style. The similar trees were presented at an exhibition in Germany.
