On October 9, 2005, speaking at "1+1" TV channel broadcast, Ukraine’s Public Prosecutor Svyatoslav Piskun declared that he did not exclude a possibility of bringing to account of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and functionaries of his Administration.
