Ukraine's Minister for Economics Bohdan Danylyshyn at a ceremony of an agreement signing in Kyiv, December 22, 2008. Bohdan Danylyshyn and Martin Raiser signed an agreement on lending 500 million USD to Ukraine by the World Bank. According to Martin Raiser, the money is given for the country's development and the budget maintenance.
